Kevin Tuohey
Coach Tuohey established Summer Jam Basketball Camp in 2014. The objective of Summer Jam Basketball Camp is to further the development of young players so that they can be shown the tools to be successful at the high school and collegiate level. The goals of this camp are to teach self confidence, discipline, and how to work hard in order to be successful in basketball and in life.
Coach Tuohey brings a wealth of knowledge from the high school level. He spent 7 seasons as an assistant coach at Fort Lee, Manchester, and Elmwood Park high school basketball programs.
He became Elmwood Park boys basketball head coach in 2012. He has led the Elmwood Park Crusaders to 2 NJIC Colonial Titles in 2013 and 2016 and won the Conference Coach of the Year Award. He has turned the Crusaders into a powerful Group 2 basketball program. The Crusaders have qualified for the Bergen County Jamboree in 4 of his first 5 seasons as head coach.
